“THE MUPPETS AT WALT DISNEY WORLD” / NBC

“The Muppets at Walt Disney World” was a 1990 TV special that aired on NBC to promote the merger between the Jim Henson Company and the Walt Disney Company. This special was a wonderfully written Muppet special and a delightful snapshot of the Walt Disney World resort in the late 80’s, early 90’s. I was the Art Director working with Production Designer Victor DiNapoli (Sesame Street) from January through May 1990. Sadly, this was Jim Henson’s last television production before his untimely death that May.
